REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We provide a 5-days return period for eligible products, in addition to any longer period or other remedies required by applicable Egyptian law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging where applicable. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at promeddental3@gmail.com before sending the product back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning it. Products sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and offer the remedy required by applicable law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some products may be excluded from return where their nature, condition, packaging, or applicable law permits an exclusion. REFUNDS
